Where we ship

  • We currently ship within Canada only.

  • We do not ship to the United States or internationally at this time.

Processing time

  • Orders are processed within [1-3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • If we experience higher-than-normal order volume, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping time

  • After your order ships, delivery typically takes [2-8 business days], depending on your location.

  • Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions and will be shown at checkout when available.

Order tracking

  • If tracking is available for your shipment, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way.

Delivery issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for the reshipping cost.

  • If your package shows as “delivered” but you can’t find it, check with household members/building management first. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll help you investigate with the carrier.

Damaged items

  • If your order arrives damaged, email us within [48 hours] of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the item and packaging

  • We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
