Belted floral dress

Cut easy through the shoulder and body, then the waist seam and the thin belt pull it in wherever you set them. The sleeves blouse a little above the cuff, which softens the arm. Skirt is gathered, so there's real room through the hip. The hem falls just above the ankle. Take your usual size and let the belt do the shaping.
