Plaid dress with side tie

The skirt is where this dress spends its money. It gathers at the waist, ties off to one side, and falls from there in folds that keep moving after you stop. The check is warm, brown and camel with black holding the lines apart, and below the waist it turns diagonal because the panels are cut on the bias. On the hanger it looks like a lot of fabric. On, it reads calm.
